With over 20 years of experience, I’ve been teaching lifeguard classes since 2005 and hold certifications in CPR and First Aid. I’m passionate about teaching life-saving skills, having used CPR myself to help save a life.

Experience and Expertise:
With nearly 20 years of experience, I have had the privilege of teaching American Red Cross lifeguard courses since 2005. My journey in health and safety began when I was first certified in CPR and First Aid at the age of 16 as a camp counselor at a Girl Scout camp in Morehead, Kentucky. Over the years, I’ve gained invaluable experience that has deepened my passion for teaching life-saving skills.

I feel incredibly fortunate to be in a position to teach life-saving skills that can truly make a difference. Having personally used CPR to help save a life, I understand how every second counts in an emergency. This experience has taught me the importance of staying calm, acting quickly, and never underestimating the potential impact of your actions in a critical situation.
